The result of this collaboration is Forge, our AI operating system for IT services. The platform helps teams resolve support tickets, proactively manage customer relationships, and deliver projects from scoping through completion. ShieldCos can also build custom agents, skills, and runbooks, turning their own expertise into repeatable solutions. As our ShieldCos use and improve Forge, their expertise becomes a resource the whole network can build on.
